Glazed wrapping of an existing lift creating a climate controlled environment to reduce lift breakdowns.  The lift takes visitors to the 18m high, steel, Treetop Walkway.

Installation of comfort cooling, DDC controls and heat recovery ventilation.  To enhance energy efficiency and increase customer comfort the existing perimeter electric trench heaters were altered to provide 0-100% output against outdoor temperature.
