Project:Kew Gardens HQ Type:2 Storey New Build Arboretum HQ Location:Richmond, Greater London

New Build 2 storey CLT building including ASHP, MVHR, CO2 demand controlled ventilation, night time cooling and PV panels.

The build acheived a carbon nett zero EPC rating of A+ and a BREEAM rating of 'Outstanding'.

Air source heat pump coupled to an existing oil fired boiler plant to provide alternative heat source and a high efficiency solution for heating and hot water generation during milder weather conditions.
